Our simple membership fee structure gives you access to multiple insurance panels, ensuring a steady flow of paying clients referred by each insurance, and a packed schedule to help you earn your license hours easily.
And we work with associates in all states!
Even if you don’t reside in Washington State, and have completed your training and internship in another state, we can help you obtain your WA Associate license.
We take care of the admin, website SEO & marketing, and client insurance billing, so you can focus on what you do best — helping clients in your new private practice.
Optionally, for those needing Clinical supervision (additional fee), Karen King, MS, LMHC, offering 15+ years of expert supervisor guidance, has limited placement for supervisees.

Most clients cannot afford cash sessions and need to access therapy using their insurance.
Associates cannot normally accept insurance payments from their clients. However, we have multiple insurances which you can bill for through our contracts.

SimplePractice EHR practice fee.
You get access to our group EHR and insurance contracts through the most popular private practice EHR.

Billing service fees.
We contract with a billing service for a special rate of just 6% of the billed encounter fee.
For example, for a $150 cash payment, there would be a $9 billing fee for claim processing and payment collection. If the client pays via credit card, there may be a 3% fee charged by merchant banking to process those.

Supervisor Karen King LMHC fee.
Optionally, supervision is available, for an additional fee of $70/hr (shared with another associate), or $120/hr (individual).
Group Supervision may also be available monthly for our Associate community.

Squarespace Website Special Flat fee.
A one time fee of $1579 (normally $1800) for domain setup and build out of a Squarespace 1-3 page website for your Private Practice business — using your own content and your own domain. The final product is entirely yours to change or update as needed.

We regularly arrange group CEUs so you can keep up to date with your license requirements. Costs are shared among participants.

Associate-Licensed Therapist Application
Note that submitted applications may take up to 2 weeks to review. Prior to contract offer, a video conference interview is required to determine if Therapist Circle is a good fit. There is limited positions available and not all applications will be offered a contract.
