This contact form is only for ASSOCIATE LICENSED PROFESSIONALS interested in joining Therapist Circle. You can be licensed in another state as an Associate, and we will help you obtain Washington Associate licensure.
Once you have submitted your application it may take up to 2 weeks to review and arrange an interview, but we will be eager to connect and see if it may be a good fit.
